VSA is a non-profitable charitable organisastion that looks to promote vietnamese culture among the youth by giving back to the community through charitable events such as charity dinners, volunteer work for festivals, sporting days and food events. My role in the 3 years of VSA were marketing and events director and human resources director for the VSA NSW State team. As marketing and events director, I was in charge with advertising our events and promoting VSA to the community, partners and clients. This also included, overseeing events, project management, delagation of roles and team facilitations and analysing event data and logististics. As HR, my roles were to handle internal affairs, not only in the State team but the University teams. Aswell as address work related issues and develop policies that improve the team environment.
