Mr Jacobson has been practicing real estate law in Palm Beach County since 1975. He maintains his practice in downtown West Palm Beach. He is also the President of Home Title America, Inc., a full service title insurance company which provides title insurance throughout the state of Florida. His underwriters include Commonwealth and Old Republic in addition to The Fund. His real estate practice is broad based and includes transactional work on large and small real estate matters. He consults on, and processes, short sale and mortgage modification applications. Mr Jacobson also provides governmental coordination for zoning and land use matters throughout Palm Beach County.Mr Jacobson was a member of the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority for 9 years and served as Chairman for 3 terms. He was a member of the West Palm Beach Planning Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. He currently serves on several committees for the City.
