A native of Michigan and graduate of Michigan State University. I've traveled extensively throughout the United States, having lived in 8 states. I have also bought and sold multiple personal properties as well. My world travels include Asia, Europe and The United Kingdom. London is one of my favorite cities in the world and most visited. A South Carolina resident since 1990, I became a Realtor in 1998 after a successful career with The Coleman Company headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. I joined RE/MAX in January of 2002 until December of 2016, winning numerous awards and qualifying for the Hall of Fame. I am now affiliated with a local independent Sales & Rental Company, James W, Smith. As an Associate Broker I work with ocean area owners and buyers; international investors and commercial clients as well as clients in the Pawleys Island and South Strand of Myrtle Beach. During my continuing Real Estate and Marketing career, I have represented both buyers and sellers of property ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000. A Broker Associate and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Accredited Buyers Agent. I specialize in Waterfront and Ocean Area homes, gated Golf Communities and active communities with amenities.
