• Representing the U.S. Navy, served at Northrop Grumman as the Navy’s aircraft production acceptance pilot and final quality assurance officer.
• Officer-in-charge of the detachment with direct oversight of contract administration for two demanding procurement programs totaling over $700 million. Coordinated efforts among the Pentagon, the detachment, and prime.
• Implemented TQM concepts and drove communication between the U.S. Government, Northrop Grumman and end-user aircraft customers (U.S. or foreign military services).
• Conducted acceptance test flights and international ferry flights of new production aircraft (E-2C Hawkeye command & control) and re-manufactured airframes (C-2A Greyhound cargo).

Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW-121) | NAS Norfolk, Virginia

• Flew missions based off the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower. Veteran of Operation Desert Shield with 24 sorties.
• Supervised crews of up to 50 men during deployments which ranged from 1 week to 6 months, including war time cruising responsibilities during Desert Shield / Desert Storm.
• Coordinated movements of air wing assets (airborne), tracked supplies and equipment as a maintenance officer, and ensured accurate accountability of passengers and cargo as various collateral duty officers of the deck.
• Served in the following squadron capacities: Assistant Administration Officer / Interim Department Head, Personnel Officer, Aircraft Division Officer, Corrosion Control Branch Officer, and Physical Readiness Officer.
