- Responsible for the development and support of the finance/accounting BI content in a large SAP implementation. The implementation was of the “big bang” variety that included ECC, SRM, APO, BPC, and cloud-based CRM and T&E systems. The project spanned over two years and was delivered on-time/budget with a successful April 2015 go-live.- Led system integrator resources to achieve successful delivery of a large footprint BI and BPC system. Optimized the use of onsite and offshore teams to achieve on-time delivery of all project milestones (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, cut-over, and post go-live support).- The primary reporting tools utilized were SAP BW/HANA 7.3, Business Objects 4.1, and BPC 10. Non-SAP source systems were integrated utilizing a variety of methods including BODS, DB Connect, and ODP. Concurrent end-user reporting loads were typically in the low 100s.- Led the development of video-based training for the BO Analysis-Excel, Web Intelligence, and Lumira tools. This consisted of approximately 180 minutes of narrated videos that replaced in-person training classes and was successfully utilized by 100s of users. The videos focused on the self-service aspects of BO, enabling end-users to create reports on their own without any intervention from IT.

- Responsible for the initial implementation, build-out, and support of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Objects (BO) landscapes. These systems are used to provide enterprise reporting for SAP ERP, CRM, and internally developed applications. The main content areas included finance, sales and vehicle management, purchasing, inventory, warranty and campaign management, customer leads, and service requests.- Primary reporting tools utilized were Business Explorer-Excel and BO Web Intelligence. Access via Android and Apple mobile devices operational utilizing the standard BO 4 mobile functionality.- Led the implementation of several SAP support tools such as emergency access management, automated transport management, and password self-service. These greatly increased project team efficiency and the audit readiness of the ERP system.- Coordinated technical system activities with the offsite/outsourced Basis team. These include security and role management, client and system copies, license audit, distribution of SAP client software, and the application of OS/DB/SAP application patches.
