Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process. Develop and manage the forming process operating setup (SOS) to optimize the process capability. Develop and supervise the maintenance/PM schedule for the panel forming CRT presses. Panel Forming Project Leader for the design and installation of new CRT Panel press. Work extensively with outside vendors and internal engineering department to design a CRT panel press within 1yr. Develop the start-up and process parameters of the new press upon installation. Perform all Process Engineering test/trials using Six Sigma methodology to confirm the manufacturing process is operating at its fullest potential. Leader of QSI (Quality Systems Improvement) project for the quality improvement of customer product issues related to the manufacturing process. Develop and maintain forming mold equipment and machine part budget. Sustain the highest standard product quality to ensure total customer satisfaction. Accountable for all dimensional aspects of mold equipment to ensure that they were within the required customer specification for the manufacturing process. Responsible for the day to day process of the production of CRT glass. Managed the quality of the product being manufactured by ensuring that the CRT press received the proper maintenance and that the mold equipment was within customer specification prior to running in production and during production. Provide assistance to Maintenance, Electrical, and other support services in troubleshooting hot end issues. Maintains a downtime database for process control and OEE tracking. Control and record process variables (S.O.S.) ensuring that parameters are within specified control limits and initiate corrective action when necessary. Coach, facilitate and teach technical and non-technical employees how to maintain and improve processes.

Operated IS machine in the production of glass containers. Assisted with the maintenance and PM’s of the Hot End machine equipment. Assisted with the job change of the IS machines.
