Gained extensive experience in quality assurance and process reengineering of petroleum, natural gas and electric power surveys and survey frames. Established and managed a help desk for EIA’s then Office of Coal, Nuclear, Electric and Alternate Fuels (CNEAF) following the move to on-line filing for nine of the electric power and coal surveys. Completed a three-year, multiphase project involving extensive revisions and changes to some sixteen surveys of EIA’s Petroleum Division to reflect current industry practices and concerns. Recent projects include a report on site remediation for the DOE Office of Legacy Management and a series of reports on Smart Grid developments in a number of countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
