Implemented continuing education program to focus changing technical environment towards issues of closely held businesses and their owners. Re-engineered processes utilizing software and personnel to increase efficiency and reduce error. Created first PC based financial model for NYSE listed leasing company. Model integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, residual value and investment components. These were DOS based Lotus models in the early years of PC's.

Was on audit staff for 2 1/2 years and transferred to tax dept for last 2 1/2 years.
