As an Assistant Director of Research and Negotiations for DC37, the largest public employee union in New York City, I am responsible for leading and coordinating the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with the City of New York, in addition to various other authorities, non-profits, and private sector shops. With years of experience in labor relations and a strong background in organizing and capacity building, I am skilled at developing strategies and negotiating fair and equitable contracts that protect and improve the working conditions of our members.I received my Masters from the Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and my B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a concentration in Political Science. I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa, taught English in South Korea, and a veteran of numerous political campaigns in various capacities. Happy to help you unionize your workplace!
