Conduct all phases of the contract procurement and project administration including project design, bidding, construction administration, and close out.• Apply for and administer outside funding grants and loans from MN Housing, Met Council, CDBG, HOME, FEMA, and Qualified Energy Conservation Bond totaling over $5.3 million in grants and loans since 2009.• Assist with the administration of the CDA’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit program by reviewing tax credit applications, revising the Procedural Manual and QAP, and managing the allocation process. • Principal member of the Twin Cities Section 3 Collaborative that coordinates and promotes metro area Section 3 programs through an interactive website. • Drafted the Housing Chapter of the Washington County 2040 Comprehensive Plan that describes the county’s current housing supply as well as existing and future housing needs. • Prepared materials to assist local cities with the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Housing Chapter requirements.
