Lead a large diverse development team of 75 developers across 6 enterprise applications based in U.S., Poland, and India supporting multiple complex and integral products in the Sabre portfolio utilizing Agile methodologies. Responsibilities included driving new development as well as leading efforts to identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of existing code base. Highlights:• Proactively worked to reduce implementation costs by 68% through automation and best practices• Proactively worked with Sabre Transformation team to implement consistent software development lifecycle and best practices to increase developer movement across my applications.• Engaged closely with key airline partners to ensure key functional and maintenance releases were delivered on-time and meeting defined requirements.• Encouraged the adoption of Test Driven Development (TDD) across the group. Challenged the operating companies to consolidate development and support resources centrally providing a matrixed, cost effective organization. Tackled the challenge of moving legacy applications to new scalable platform based on proven architecture patterns.Highlights:• Led the selection of a development partner for JD Edwards ERP Maintenance Module through request for proposals, selection and contract negotiations. • Delivered a SQL Server Reporting Services solution streamlining reporting across all shops, regions, and super regions for First Student allowing performance indicators to drive change.• Rolled out a new Vehicle Maintenance System to 594 distinct locations across North America enabling the retirement of multiple existing applications into one enterprise solution for First Student• Supported strategic planning by developing 20 businesses cases and managing the specification and initiation of software systems that created a link between business needs and technology projects.

Promoted to oversee four product lines utilizing multi-location teams within the U.S., Canada, India and China. Lead the product definition, aggressive development and delivery of ERP products and application services to the automotive retail industry.
