Utilize surface mount, connectorized and chip and wire construction techniques to implement designs. Familiar with design methodologies for low noise figure, high one dB compression, high third order intercept and low phase noise performance. Create performance requirements and test plans used to validate system operation. Perform measurements necessary to characterize system performance. Function with minimal supervision as an individual contributor, team member or team leader. Generate, maintain and track project schedules. Prepare technical specifications, reports and customer presentations. TEST EQUIPMENTSpectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers, Phase Noise Test Sets, Power Meters, Signal Generators, Noise Figure Meters, Oscilloscopes and Function Generators.MEASUREMENTSGain, Noise Figure, Phase Noise, S Parameters, One dB Compression, Second and Third Order Intercept Point, Spurious Responses and VSWR.
