About Bill Luciano

Life is truly a journey, with unforeseen twists and turns around every corner. Most of us start our careers as students of the trade, with so much to learn. And then at some point in our lives, we become the teachers and coaches, with so much to share. This is my life’s story. I remember what it was like not having many answers when I started my career...to ultimately advancing to senior executive positions, where you are suppose to have all the answers. From working for Fortune 500 companies, to starting my own companies with VC backing, and everything in-between; from initially being an integral part of large sales forces, with so much collaboration, to working my way to the top, which can be lonely at times; from traveling across the country to traveling across the world, responsible for sales in the billions and repeatedly building sales forces and companies from scratch. In the end, one experience simply built upon the other. And with the advantage of great mentoring shared along the journey, it’s been a powerful business and life-long endeavor. So how do you continuously grow and succeed in both business and life? Because of my deep overall experience working in countless demanding team environments, I have developed an expert ability to successfully interact with both internal team members and clients at all levels, and to leverage the very best synergies from each. And because I have held high-level executive positions throughout most of my career, I can relate to what clients are going through at a much higher level as well. I position myself, not as an outside vendor, but as a trusted peer. Clients quickly come to understand…I know what it’s like to walk in their shoes, I know what keeps them up at night, and I know how they think. This is the formula I have used to build and lead teams throughout my career, whether selling $30 medical/surgical instruments, $3000 healthcare SaaS programs to the general public, $30,000 medical capital equipment, or $300,000,000 healthcare design/build contracts. And today, this includes AI optimization across the board, which I have comprehensively embraced. These are the leadership skills I bring to the table today...all centered around a never ending quest to improve my own personal abilities while providing leadership and mentoring to all those around me.
