Responsible for Program Management and Markeitng of Unisys ClearPath mainframe business and AB Suite development technology, worldwide. Program Management provides requirements to engineering that guides the R&D program, meeting current and future client requirements. Direct work with engineering management to priorities and optimize R&D budgets. Communication of ClearPath and AB Suite features through seminars, user groups and individual client preserntations. Established product pricing, developed product marketing literature, established internal product training, and maintained a direct interface with field sales management. Provided forecasts and assured that these products met and exceeded revenue and gross margin taregets.

Responsible for all Unisys product business in Japan through our partner Nihon Unisys Ltd. This includes our mainframe product line (ClearPath hardware/software), open enterprise servers (ES7000 with Windows and Linux), commodity servers (ES3000), Advanced development technology (AB Suite and EAE) and our Blueprint services methology. Took client requirements and worked with engineering to expand the roadmap to accommodatre them. Delivered training for marketing and sales, coordinated regular roadmap updates, scheduled direct client presarentations/updates and worked with NUL executives to enrich our relationship.

Management of business relationships and technology direction for Unisys platforms and software technology. Negotiated and managed technology contracts with NEC, Intelo and other technology organizations. Formulated technology direction with engineering team, defining platform, virtualization and system management direction. Assured product direction was based on a buisiness foundation with a positive ROI.
