Led team to the successful launch of Workday for 20,000 employees and contractors in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, and the Philippines. Interfaced directly with Workday and Workday implementation partners on the project. Led the internal Project Steering Committee consisting of departmental senior management and C Level executives.Responsibility for Human Resources functions for 10 Call Centers throughout the US.
