-All bidding for new commercial and residential installations and remodels including materials, laborhours, and profit margins.- Oversee and manage plumbing and HVAC group-Meet with contractors to coordinate projects and deadlines-Order all materials, permits, and rental equipment.-Generate billing for ASIA (construction draws), completed projects as well as residential jobs.- Interview and hire new employees.- Coordinate and dispatch seven service technicians, two installers/helpers, one electrician/installerand one sales man.-Complete payroll hours and billing hours submitted to the accountant

-Diagnose HVAC units and controls-Install HVAC equipment and ductwork-Worked on refrigeration equipment-Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls,gaskets and other equipment as necessary-Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials; maintain log of tasks performed andwrite reports as required.
