CEO / Founder * Conceived, established and built the company aimed at manufacturing batteries at lower cost for the US market, in distribution sales as well as integration into the Stationary Power integrated systems. • * Researched identified and flew to China with head engineer to select, negotiate and secure contract with battery company to rent 2 of their manufacturing lines and improved manufacturing process reducing cost from $240 to $134. • Steered development of manufacturing process, quality control and logistics bringing 7-10 containers per month. • Successfully positioned company for sale and led negotiations with Ultralife (ULBI).
