- Assemble and maintain integrated schedule information from drilling & completions, well pad facilities, and infrastructure.- Coordinate project schedules with Operations / Maintenance planner- Support Primavera P6 Administration in the following: o Manage P6 user access to data o Development and maintain a comprehensive security policy to ensure project data are protected from unauthorized access, theft and damage- Support / Function as Database Administrator o Set up, manage and assign access rights for the P6 database o Maintain data integrity o Set up and maintain interoperability standards (e.g. coding, calendars, resources, etc.) o Set and maintain a positive safety work culture o Implement and maintain database security, ie creating and maintaining users, roles and privileges for the P6 database- Prepare overall program schedule report analysis for the programs monthly progress report- Coordinate program level schedule risk analysis as needed- Seek innovation in scheduling and execution plans that could improve project economics

Responsible for cost controls of budgets, change management and forecasts on projects utilizing company accounting system. Report and track Earned Value Progress by working with the Project Managers and all Engineering disciplines. Participate in Project Reviews with management to report overall status. I have worked as an Assistant Project Manager handling client relations and daily planning of work flow on a Compressor Upgrade Project. As the field controls manager I developed tracking and reporting procedures for the project.
