My background includes holding several positions as a project/process manager for many large projects in business and manufacturing environments. Currently I am the Space and Defense Group WNY Defense General Manager managing the P&L for a $70M design, build and test operation with 170 people.I worked as a Corporate Process Manager on enterprise wide projects for Moog, where my responsibilities include working with cross functional teams, cross operating group teams, international stakeholders, building responsibility matrices, managing budgets, building risk matrices and managing complex schedules.Previously, I worked as the project manager for a manufacturing facility closure and product transfer. I was responsible to develop a plan to execute the move of the product lines to a new supply chain. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of customer issues real time and adjusted the project plan to compensate. Building strategic working relationships was important to be successful in this role.In addition to this experience, I held positions as an Operations Manager and variety of manufacturing roles. As part of these positions I was responsible for managing manufacturing personnel, managing capital budgets, implementing process improvements, and leading lean events. I’m also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and have significant experience with Lean processes.
