My experience covers more than 35 years in support of operations, maintenance, training, procedures, facility modifications, management and project leadership, readiness assurance via readiness and periodic assessments, and special projects in technically and physically complex environments. My working experience includes positions of increased responsibilities within the military, government and private sector commercial industry nuclear propulsion and power production, nuclear waste treatment and disposal, and education. My background includes operations, maintenance, training, procedures, work release, hazardous energy control, human performance, project management, and emergency preparedness, with positions in United States Navy (USN), commercial nuclear power, and Department of Energy (DOE) facilities of Savannah River Site, Hanford, Nevada Test Site, Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP), Paducah UF Recovery, Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) Waste Remediation Facilities. My experience includes managing groups of various sizes and disciplines including engineers, operators, maintenance, laboratory, industrial hygiene, and radiological control technicians, procedure writers, work planners, and trainers to achieve assigned objectives, milestones, and performance initiatives.I was an Adjunct Professor for Technical College Nuclear Engineering Technology program curriculum.I am a proven communicator in both written and verbal arenas, with a distinguished and proven record with over 20 years of industry management.Throughout my career, I have routinely been sought out and selected to lead and participate in high profile assignments due to his ability to adapt and overcome obstacles through application of teamwork principles, integrated safety management, and disciplined conduct of operations, maintenance, and engineering to deliver quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
