We have over 35 years of Property Management, Building Construction and Remodeling experience. We purchased our first rental properties in 1978 and have over 20 properties of our own that we manage on a day-to-day basis. In 2001 we decided to take on 2 mobile home parks and one RV park. Shortly after we developed a crew to not only manage and maintain our own properties but also started to start rehabbing properties to flip. The business grew over the years and in 2001 we opened Mighty Max Enterprises and AZ Rapid Rehab, a company that deals mainly with Bank owned REO rehab and servicing local Real Estate Agents in rehab of rent and properties listed for sale.

My company EW Distribution LLC. is a sub-contractor to AZ Rapid Rehab. EW Distribution LLC. is in charge of property accusations, rehab services and sales. We are an AZ Lic contractor and have over 30 years of experience in property management and preservation. I am well versed Property renovation, Sales and Marketing and Creative Financing. We are a one-stop shop for all your property needs. I have structured many low or no money down sales, Lease Option Purchases, Private Money Loans, Bridge Loans and other financing options.
