The focus of all my work is leadership and change. The outcomes: productive coaching sessions, courses, workshops, and presentations. I work with both individuals and organizations in projects that decrease anxiety and increase confidence. As a learner and teacher, I am grateful for the opportunity to do the work I love. The list: accomplished teacher and coach, project leader, and curriculum developer; facilitator and presenter; creator of traditional and e-learning educational programs; facilitator of workshops, seminars, and courses in communication, skill building, and strategic planning.My current projects (spring 2022) have been with Bates College and the Maine Department of Transportation. At Bates I facilitated a six week leadership course with a management team.
