At True Blue Environmental, I managed construction projects and performed cost estimating. Projects:1) Sewer repair project at various locations in West Hartford CTThis project involved repairs to live sewer lines at over forty locations within the busy streets of West Hartford CT. Most repairs where from ten to fifteen foot deep and some locations fifteen to twenty foot deep. Most sites had multiple utilities inside the excavation zone. Each location required a detailed traffic and sewer bypass plan that needed to be coordinated with several agencies. I was responsible for the following tasks:• Creating traffic and sewer by-pass plans• Implementation and management of all maintenance and traffic protection plans• Materials submittals and procurement• Attaining required approvals and permits for each site• Assignment of equipment and crews and subcontractors for production• Disposal site management• MBE/SBE administration • Contract administration and project billing• DEEP & Sewer by-pass reports• Manage call before you dig program• Progress reports & schedule updates for the client• Maintain health and safety program as well as OSHA compliance as requested by company safety director2) Soil remediation and DEEP septic at a commercial shopping center in New Fairfield CT This project involved working in an active shopping center parking lot with a very time sensitive contract. I was responsible for the following tasks:• Assist bidding• Contract administration• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, engineers and building officials• Assignments for equipment and manpower• Materials submittals and procurement• Supervise removal of contaminated soil• Technical placement of design soil mix• Coordinate and manage sub contracts
