1/20 to 9/20 –Scrum Master and System Engineer for an IRAD (Internal Research and Development) project. Developed a Transmitter for a widely used Satellite based commercial network system. 8/19 to 12/19 – Scrum Master for the development of a signal processing application. Managed six engineers with the short term goal of achieving a specific waveform receive capability. Customer withdrew funding less than four months after initial contract award. 6/18 to 8/19 – System Engineer for an OEM contract for an existing operational system. Originally brought in to support an assessment of the program’s Supportability and Sustainment processes. In addition to this assessment, conducted a trade study for one of the major subsystems. 1/15 to 6/18 – Performed various system engineering activities and lead roles for a major GDMS program. Most important contribution was the development of a classified receive/transmit capability involving two waveforms. 1/13 to 1/15 – Waveform Test Manager. Managed a large team of 25 engineers with the purpose of testing 100+ pre-defined waveforms on a programmable signal processing platform. 6/11 to 12/12 – Split time working as Project Technical Manager for the an IRAD effort and as a systems Engineer for a government funded program. The goal of the IRAD project was to develop a new FPGA development process using a model based design approach. As a systems engineer for the government funded program, performed various duties including writing system requirements and test plans.

4/10 to 6/11 – Technical Sub-contract manager for two PC/Linux based units. Application involved converting high speed serial streams to 1Gbit Ethernet network streams and performing algorithms against those streams. Protocols used are UDP/IP (unicast and multicast) with Lockheed-Martin defined application layer. I managed a very successful subcontract from contract award to Final Acceptance Test. Upon delivery, I worked on integration of those units writing test procedures and managing the execution of those test procedures.4/09 to 4/10 – Project Technical Manager for the development of a complex ATCA based networking circuit card. Card contains two new FPGA designs and embedded power pc firmware. I successfully managed this task through final acceptance test within a very tight schedule.6/08 to 3/09 – Project Technical Manager for a major delivery of a ground based networking system. Team consisted of software, FPGA designers, and hardware/network engineers. Handed off system to Integration and Test Team but continued to play a major role to successful formal acceptance testing of two subsystems and of three FPGA based units. 2/08 to 5/08 – Initial assignment with Lockheed Martin - helped program management prepare for a customer critical design review for the same networking system mentioned above. Primary duty was to manage the completion of over 25 documents that were required prior to the actual review meeting. All documents were completed within schedule resulting in a very successful customer review.

• Technical Project Manager for the development of four ground based signal processing systems within this period. Performed system engineering tasks for all four of these systems.• Technical Project Manager for the development of a spaced based satellite payload. Responsible for the development of signal processing VHDL code and Mission software that resides on the payload.• Major contributor to a winning proposal involving the design and delivery of a signal processing satellite system. Wrote the entire System Engineering section part of the proposal and was a major contributor to the System Architecture.
