Over $10M in transactions sourced and closed. • Leasing: Managed the marketing of a 750,000 square foot shopping center development project including the letter of intent/lease negotiations with national, regional and local tenants.

• Development Management: Assisted in the management of two joint venture projects totaling $360M (1.5M square feet) in the state of Florida. Management of the entitlement and permitting processes, project proformas, design/engineering, scheduling and budgeting. Managed the anchor lease, purchase contract, operating agreement (OEA/REA) and construction exhibit negotiations. • Construction Management: Assisted in the construction management of a $26M (250,000 square foot) shopping center, including tenant build-out coordination. • Market/Financial Analysis: Evaluation of raw land for shopping center development, including land option negotiation, site/market due diligence and financial underwriting.• Peripheral Land Development: Managed shopping center peripheral land sales and development.

• Leasing Manager: Prospecting, marketing, letter of intent/lease negotiations and tenant construction coordination for the redevelopment of the Oak Ridge Mall in Oak Ridge, TN.• Land Acquisition: Conducted land assemblage for commercial real estate development. • Market Research: Analysis and production of feasibility studies for commercial real estate investments.
