Currently, I am a project manager on the Bank of America account, overseeing all aspects of capital projects and acting as the client’s representative. I manage projects in both administrative office and retail settings, including decommissioning and a wide range of interior and exterior tenant improvements and planned maintenance efforts. I have recently.

I returned to a project management role in March 2016 to address two of OMCA’s most pressing needs -- 1) renovation of its back-of-house shops and offices, largely untouched for decades and critical to effective implementation of its exhibitions and collections management programs; and 2) the conceptual design process for campus and gardens master.

OMCA’s efforts toward renovation of museum offices and preparator shops continued in 2013. I created an RFQ that was issued to several architects, and led the team through schematic design and cost estimating for all office and shop spaces with our selected consultant. In addition, I developed and managed a $250K annual reimbursable major repairs budget.

A strategic planning and conceptual design process for OMCA’s staff offices and preparator shops was launched in 2013, incorporating recent organizational changes and projections for future staff growth. Consistent with my prior role, I managed and coordinated the consultant design effort, serving as point-of-communication with museum staff and the design.

My project management career began in this role at OMCA, coordinating exhibit and then architectural design for renovation of the Gallery of California Art. My duties soon expanded to include renovation of the History Gallery and our Oak Street Plaza as well.
