The Director of Products & Services is a senior management role at B&H Labeling Systems and responsible for the business's product planning and execution all through the product life cycle.This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other managers from new product development, marketing, sales, and manufacturing departments to ensure that financial and customer satisfaction goals are met.In addition to this, the Director of Products & Services also ensures that the company's overall strategy and goals are supported by those of the product; that the product goals and strategy do not deviate from that of the business.P&L responsibilities include: Applications Engineering, Document Control, Design for Manufacturing & Assembly, Field Service, and Quality Control.

Direct sales of machinery in the United States including team selling with the VP of sales. Responsible for all parts and service sales globally. Responsible for engineering projects and initiatives related to machinery sales and optional equipment. Manages trade shows, lead generation and follow-up. Continues to develop business relationships with customers through regular introduction of new products and methodologies. Responsible for planning, staffing, operating, budgeting and leading product development programs to accelerate revenue growth.

Managed all electrical design and operation responsibilities for new machinery including sub-assembly, final assembly, quality control and R & D. Responsible for final testing and customer acceptance of new machinery. Administered all electrical related field service calls and troubleshooting.

Assignments were related to operations and manufacturing in the plant environment. Held multiple positions within the organization resulting in additional responsibilities during each position of growth.
