Represented Netrix LLC as a Client Support Specialist providing tier one onsite A/V support for the Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) headquarters office in Chicago. Responsible for all video conferencing at JLL-Chicago, serving as the only point of contact for video conferencing. Managed multiple tasks and ongoing support issues through an online ticketing system ranging from instructions, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the technology I was responsible for. Supervised and serviced 27 video conferencing rooms and 60+ ‘huddle’ rooms with technology including Crestron, Clearone, Cisco, HP, Shure, Mersive technologies, SMART technologies.
