Bill Mish is a 40 year veteran of the hospitality industry. Starting as a humble busboy, Bill worked his way up through the ranks of the hotel business and along the way has developed a strong and passionate leadership style that has successfully created award winning teams of associates and hotels. Bill’s attention to detail and analytical approach, combined with his vast operational experience in all facets of the hotel business, allows him to constructively approach new projects and quickly produce strong results.Over the years, Bill has successfully led many hotel construction new-builds and major hotel renovation projects, his largest project exceeding 40 million dollars. Bill has multi brand experience with Hilton, IHG, Carlson, Choice and many independent boutique hotels and resorts. Bill has held positions as Director of Food and Beverage, General Manager, Multi Property General Manager and Regional Director of Operations.Bill has served on many non-profit boards over the years and has been an active board member of several state wide associations including the President of the Tennessee Hospitality Association in 2010. Other achievements include General Manager of the Year-Tennessee Hospitality Association, General Manager of the year AH&LA, National Restaurant Association and Humanitarian of the Year for TH&TA 2014.
