ICT Design engineer.

Technology Project Development Engineer• Developed engineered cloud solutions for multiple enterprise energy management projects including customer consultation, product demonstrations, pricing, proposal development and final customer presentations resulting in doubling sales each year for three years.• Presentations and product demonstrations presented to customers ranging from Facility Directors to C-Level and IT Executives. The outcome was direct communication with key decision makers enhancing sales goals.• Trained branch direct sales channel how to develop, support and market enterprise energy management solutions to end customers. Execution of this knowledge provided direct sales executives with better understanding of how to present solution to key account customers. • Saw a need for and developed sophisticated tools to fill gaps in process with project planning, pricing, specifications development and project management. Tools were used successfully by North American sales support team and direct sales channel to better support sales efforts and provide management with key metrics otherwise not available.• IT subject matter expert for North American sales support. Worked with internal team, account executives and customer IT executives to explain and develop IT requirements for cloud based energy management solutions. The outcome of this training increased team IT knowledge and helped customers make critical cloud security decisions required to close sales.

Telecommunications Infrastructure design, testing and project management. Commercial, Institutional, Military and residential project experience. FTTH, local premise cabling, fiber optics and copper cabling.Director of Engineering for telecommunications engineering and installation company. Directly responsible for designing computer networks for commercial clients including schools, industrial and multi use facilities. Manage projects from concept to completion including client meetings, site evaluation, document preparation, construction and report writing. Design of data centers including structured cabling, air conditioning and other essential systems. Design and install security systems, home theaters and other low voltage solutions for residential customers.

Directly responsible for the start up of a new telecommunications division within the company. Responsible for all marketing efforts, supervising workflow, project management and making the new division profitable. Provided professional engineering seal and RCDD seal on all designs of building telecommunications infrastructures. Insured that all designs meet TIA/EIA and BICSI standards. Designs included all aspects of educational and commercial facilities including horizontal cabling, telecommunications closets, entrance facilities and equipment rooms. Oversaw operations for Hanover Engineer's 70 computer office network. Responsibilities included implementation of Intranet, Internet and Extranet web sites, network design and implementation, host computer configuration and testing. Managed a team of 6 who maintained computer systems including hardware, software and peripherals. Supervised design of custom spreadsheet, word processing and database applications. Responsible for purchasing decisions for all computer hardware and software. Worked with senior management to develop master plans and operating budgets. All Information Technology responsibilities were done in addition to a full load of Mechanical Engineering projects and tasks. Mechanical Engineering tasks included full HVAC design documents for buildings of all sizes from small office buildings to managing a team of engineers and designers on a dual facility Maximum Security Prison for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Director of Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities similar to previous employment. Developed mechanical system and technology strategies for new projects while also identifying opportunities to improve department efficiency. Championed collaboration with marketing, system design, engineering and construction to inspire teams and lead the project development process.
