My last job was Technical Manager for quality system while I started my career in merchandising in wide range of various items, such as sportswear (woven / knit / sweater / down), denim, causal wear, accessories (caps, socks, towel, shin guard, football), then changed field to quality assurance when I had started working for Umbro. With supporting from the management, I had been establishing QA system and organized a team of QC/QA in Mainland China. Having applied in Umbro about what I learnt from Warick University plus, after Nike's acquisition in 2007, 4-year training, I am faimiliar in quality system. I have joined New Balance on November of 2011. over a year, I have reiforced its quality manual and tailor made a new quality system.
