Lawrence Police Department, Lawrence Kansas_ Superintendent on the new police department for the city of Lawrence Kansas. Project volume is $16 million for a 55,000 sqft two story building. Facility will house all patrol operations, records, IT evidence holding and administration divisions.

North Kansas City Hospital Covid -19 Upgrades.-Conversion of 20 standard patient rooms into negative air rooms, including two large exhaust fans, new exhaust system, exterior louvers, security and access controls. Remove all porous materials and replace with hard surface materials to assist in cleaning.-ICU, convert three ICU rooms into negative air rooms. Install new gasketed ceiling tile, ductwork exhaust fans, louvers and top out existing partition walls.-UVE sanitation space, conversion of an existing office space into a sanitation room for hospital PPE equipment. Work includes new duct work, lighting ,flooring, UV paint and all new solid surface. Cost of all projects is $1 million dollars.
