I have spent my entire career looking for solutions, developing plans and changing minds. Early in my career, creative problem solving became my hallmark of success. To name a few; building the first assembly jigs used on the C-17 aircraft to designing and building the first moving line for a commercial aircraft, and later moving into improving quality and cost at our suppliers by transferring large scale assemblies back in-house. I learned early on that challenges were opportunities for me to expand and engage team members and other support folks. I have built, improved and moved labs and tooling shops locally and nationally with great enthusiasm and amazing support from my Teams. Many of my projects have enabled me to have worked at many Boeing sites, across cultures, unions and geographical borders.My greatest talent is bringing teams together and guiding them towards objectives that support individuals, teams and the organization. Not always an easy thing to do, but when you get all three moving in the same direction, it equals exponential business results. Saying I enjoy engagement would be an understatement. This is my space. Engagement is just what I do. My ability to bring teams together coupled with deep industry knowledge and experience enables me to guide teams to work towards mutually beneficial objectives that support the individual people, teams and the organization. When I'm not busy focusing on my career, I have many extracurricular activities I enjoy such as family, riding my Harley, golfing, hiking, weight lifting, cooking, traveling, watching sports, and just being outdoors.
