Reviewed client loss history/trends and assisted with control measures to reduce future losses. Conducted investigations following serious incidents and provided training to clients on conducting said investigations, in order to identify problem areas to prevent recurrence. Provided OSHA Compliance guidance and Workers Compensation Classification advice to ensure employer compliance with applicable regulations. Provided assistance with written safety and health programs as they related to a clients specific business. Served as member of corporate training team conducting Employer Informational Seminars on various topics of occupational safety and health, risk management and other information.

Coordinated training of state government personnel in safety compliance consultation and training activities with a State Agency located initially in Orlando, until permanent transfer; Managed the district training operations, including planning, scheduling and conducting district training activities for both internal agency associates and external public/private sector employers. Provided work site safety inspections individually or with other junior level/less experienced consultants to assist public/private sector employers in ensuring compliance with applicable OSHA and other regulations. Developed, scheduled, implemented and conducted 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA Outreach Courses for both General Industry and Construction Industry, in partnership with area educational institutions and professional trade associations.

Supervised civilian, civil service and uniformed military personnel in fire/safety compliance at an U.S. Navy facility located on Andros Island,; Managed operation and maintenance of a $100 million + inventory of government owned equipment. Maintained department operations within a $250K annual budget. Conducted work place inspections as needed to ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and other agency regulations. Designed, coordinated, and conducted facility fire/safety compliance training programs. Developed/established facility OSHA policies and compliance programs. Managed the facility Confined Space Safety and Occupational Respiratory Protection Programs. Created and instituted industrial, workplace and construction site inspection programs for use by internal field safety compliance personnel, individual department safety representatives, supervisors and managers. Within first year of implemented programs, violations decreased by approximately 70% and injury frequency rates declined by approximately 40%, saving the Project/government from significant monetary losses in terms of lost productivity, lost materials, damaged equipment and higher worker compensation claims. Conducted all required inspections, testing and/or maintenance of fixed and portable fire protection equipment, as well as all required facility work place inspections. Formulated/presented required training programs for firefighter/civilian personnel on use/inspection of all fire protection equipment. Engineered/initiated inspection citation program recognized by Navy's Area Fire Marshal for reducing violations by 78% within three months of implementation. Devised/organized/utilized Area Fire Warden Program which ultimately provided more effective fire inspections throughout the facility. Appointed by American Heart Association as BLS Affiliate Faculty to coordinate and maintain the Project/Facility BLS Training Program.
