I manage a team of professionals delivering all aspects of employee services including recruitment, internal movements; facilitating and supporting restructures and establishment activities. I developed our change request process which allows for the effective recording of all fixes, patches and upgrades, ensuring robust testing and communication with stakeholders.Finally, I’m accountable for the required corporate and organisational reporting function. This includes statutory reports to the Public Sector Commission, Australian Bureau of Statistics and ATO and internal reports on corporate and workforce performance, equity and diversity statistics and point in time line manager reports, including emergency contacts, higher duties and contract end date and leave management.

On an internal job rotation for a year, I currently lead the HR Strategy team in delivering strategic workforce capability development solutions supporting customer-focussed services, aligned to our strategic, operational and business plans. I work closely with the Manager Human Resource Services to deliver an integrated human resource strategy to the Department of Water and am responsible for managing the corporate capability, wellness and Occupational Safety and Health budgets.I'm responsible for coordinating the team efforts in delivering our Leadership Development Learning Suite of courses and programs designed at increasing our internal capabilities along with developing our future leaders through internal and externally hosted development programs.
