CurrentAfter nearly forty years working full-time in MedTech, I am moving to the next chapter of my professional career. My passion for developing and commercializing innovative new technologies to benefit patients is as strong as ever; however, my goal is to change my role. I am transitioning from being a full-time hands-on leader to one where I advise, coach and mentor the next generation of MedTech leaders through selective consulting engagements and board service. I have been blessed to work with many of the leaders that helped pioneer in the industry and more recently had the good fortune to work in leadership roles at the Medical Device Innovation Consortium and Deloitte Consulting that provided me a panoramic view across the ecosystem of best practices. I want to use these experiences/learnings to benefit others.
