Bill Nobles is the first Executive Director of the Litchfield Regional Training Center. Bill's 35 year career in manufacturing includes; Production Supervision, Material Expediting, Quality Control, Supply Chain Management and Senior Buyer for a global manufacturer.In 2012 along with a group of community leaders, Bill was a founding member of the " Litchfield Initiative." The "Litchfield Initiative: is a collaborative partnership providing facilities and technical training to elevate the skill levels of people of all ages for successful careers.Served 46 years on the Litchfield Fire Department, 21 years a member of the Lions Club, including 2 terms as President, 10 years on the Chamber of Commerce Board, and currently a Rotarian and member of the Litchfield Tax Increment Finance Authority.
