I love to learn, solve problems and share knowledge! The majority of my work experience has come from positions involving learning technology, implementing ideas and sharing what I know. Along the way, I have identified my key strength as the ability to communicate technical knowledge. If you’re still interested, I’d love to connect and discuss how my technical communication skills can help. My technical training and experience began in the US Navy where I served as an Aviation Electrician's Mate. I maintained and inspected numerous models of aircraft including F-18 Hornets, A-6 Intruders and AV-8B Harriers. Upon discharge from active duty, I served 2 years in the Naval Reserve performing intermediate-component level maintenance. I utilized the Montgomery GI Bill to attend University of Memphis, graduating December of 1993 with a BBA in Business Management. I was hired by Procter and Gamble (now Kellogg), in 1995. When I was selected for an Electrical and Instrumentation position, I received technical training at Jackson State Community College. My experience with P&G/Kellogg includes installation and start-up of numerous Power, Control and Information System projects. I have held numerous positions such as site subject matter expert for PLC and have experience with VFDs, servos and industrial vision systems. I received my MBA from Union University in December of 2015. My greatest accomplishments in life include my marriage to Andrea, my high-school sweetheart, and my 3 children, Adam (D), Meg and Will.
