Beginning in 1987 I have exclusively and personally conducted over 11,000 Commercial and Residential Real Estate Inspections throughout Southern California. I offer a unique real estate detailed verbal and written property inspection review. Our computer generated report with color photo documentation. Our reports are written in easily understood terms that are color coded for clarity. A unique service feature of my company is that I am available for technical support for the duration of your ownership of the dwelling. Keeping a current understanding of building codes and standards requires continuous education. Although we do not perform code compliance inspections we are continuously educated. I have maintained a minimum of 30 hours of inspection specific education annually for the past 18 years. I have also attended and successfully completed semester long courses at Orange Coast, Saddleback and Cypress Colleges in the International Building Codes, Uniform Mechanical and Electric Codes every code cycle (3 years).
