Oversaw feeder calf buy-back program for Camp Cooley sired calves. Worked closely with feedyard and packing partners to collect live performance and carcass data for inclusion into propiratary data base to improve Camp Cooley genetics. Worked closely with customer herds to link the seedstock level to maternal multiplier and terminal cross breeding programs to impove profitability. Managed Private Treaty Bull Sales and also worked closely with purebred Cooperator herds to integrate Camp Cooley genetic, nutritional and herd health protocols to insure success of incoming bulls.

Represented AICA at sales, shows, trade shows and beef industry acitivites. Sold advertising for the Charolais Journal, designed ads and provided cattle photogrpahy services to members. Made herd calls to Charolais breeders and commercial cow herds in my territories to increase market share for Charolias bulls. Educated members on how to collect, interpret and utlize performance data to improve thier operations. Worked with State Charolais Associations and individual breeders to implement feeder calf marketing intiatives in selected states.
