"World Class Innovation......unleashing human potential" is an innovation education business that teaches the Principles of Innovation worldwide to innovators in all sectors of societies (business, government, education, healthcare, not-for-profits, and families). The four Co-Founders/Faculty are convinced that when we look back from 2035, we will conclude that INNOVATION will have been the most powerful force for increasing the average standard of living of all humans worldwide in the last 25 years. We have developed and perfected 33 workshops which range from two hours to eight hours each and include extensive case studies and workshop exercises for 100 participants. A typical Five-Day Workshop Event is conducted anywhere in the world for 100 participants. The focus of all workshops in to help the particpants to unleash their full potential and tap into their inborn creativity, imagination, and innovation skills.Special attention is placed on having four or five different age groups in every 100 participant Five-Day Event, to capture the full knowledge and imagination of all members of a society. We are convinced that "people support best, what they help create" and that "every age group has valuable insights to share with the others". The youngest age groups will be the society leaders in 2035.We are focusing on a 2035 future where "Connect and Collaborate" will be more important to innovation than "Command and Control" management systems.Part of the innovation process is certainly collaboration, so we have developed an Innovation Collaboration Network online for all alumni of one, two or three Five-Day Workshop Events.
