Over the last 20 years I have been a Cisco Unified Communications System Consultant working with Cisco UC technologies. Working as a lead consulting engineer and manager for Cisco gold partners has allowed me to work with a wide range of customers in a lead engineering project role. Daily activities have included Design and Consulting, scope generation, project management, project planning, deployment, testing, training, support and technical report generation. The majority of my time has been around project planning and implementation.
