- Managing the company according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.- Participating with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the company- Acting as a professional advisor to the Board of Director on all aspects of the company's activities- Conducting official correspondence on behalf of the Board of Director as appropriate and jointly with the director when appropriate- Developing an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the company- Ensuring that the operation of the company meets the expectations of its clients and Board of Directors- Overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the company- Monitoring the day-to-day delivery of the programs and services of the company to maintain or improve quality- Overseeing the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects- Ensuring that all staff receives an orientation to the company and that appropriate training is provided- Coaching and mentoring staffs as appropriate to improve performance- Establishing a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations- Determining staffing requirements for company management and program delivery- Providing the Board of Director with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization
