Business Development Manager
Current- Overall monitoring business & operations- Mapping new market and identifying business cluster to adapt company services- Controlling & negotiating Service Contracts with carriers- Assigning & organizing jobs within teams- Improving operation procedures whenever necessary/ possible- Pro-actively seeking for potential customers- Quoting rates to direct accounts, co-loaders & overseas - Dealing handling fee/ profit share with agents- Solving problems, troubles if any - Reviewing sales performance- Reporting to Managing Director
