I was responsible for the developement of a Complete Coaxial Connector Product Line. During my trenure I successfully launched entire line of coax products including BNC, TNC, N, SMA, SMB, SMC, MCX, connectors and assoicated the adapters.

Actually this was my 3rd employment at Amphenol. My first was as 1966 engineering summer employee and I actually made changes to the drawing of the UHF Plug, 83-1SP, PL-259. Remember "smokey and the bandit"? Then I returned in 1975 after leaving my job as engineer at the Connecticut Light & Power. I was promoted regularly starting as Product Specialist and ending this tour in 1980 as a Product Marketing Manager, after my successful urging and assistance in the purchase of B&W Associates located in Mass. I went to work as Vice President Marketing/Sales at Automatic Connector/Commack NY from 1980-1985, Cambridge Products/Windsor CT 1985-1990, Radiall/ Strafford CT 1990-1995 and then back to Amphenol to manage a $60 million sales operation.
