Pioneered the transition from VxWorks and Pharlap to Linux Preempt RT and later real-time variants of Linux; the product exceeded sales forecasts by a factor of four and was successful to the point of replacing the previously used software.Developed and implemented shared memory nodes for communicating between a real-time OS and a traditional OS sharing a single computer via a hyper-visor.Maintained the C code generator and the associated libraries that were used to generate C code from a graphical diagram and target specific embedded processors.Created the LabVIEW Embedded for ARM product which uses the KEIL/ARM toolchain to target a wide range of ARM processors.Integrated the Hypersignal RIDE product with LabVIEW to create a software product for the INFINITY Project targeted to high school and college age students interested in embedded programming.
