Utilizign and teaching the project system employed by BP known as CVP (Capital Value Process) I because the authority for the management of large capital projects within BP Solar and oversaw more that $250million in growth projects, with great success. These project included expansion in the US, Europe, China, and Australia. The skills mastered in this segment of my career provide a very significant capital project management framework which was later exteneded to commercial PV projects, again, with more order and predictability, risk management and ultimately positive financial results.
