• Managed, directed, planned, integrated, and successfully launched products within the LexisNexis Screening Solutions portfolio, a software as a service (SaaS) offering that provides organizations with background screens on employees, applicants, vendors, and volunteers.• Managed 3rd-party customer integrations with Full-Service Screening proprietary and HR-XML solutions and directed enterprise customer implementations.• Oversaw the full Product Life Cycle, including Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline, and managed and developed internal business tools' requirements, including proprietary data scraping and mining technology.• Performed business and customer analysis to ensure that products met external and internal customer needs and defined product feature sets.• Directed, developed, and successfully implemented product activities to maximize sales, including pricing, distribution channels, and promotions.• Participate in the strategic and tactical plans for product development and business development efforts directly and in support of Sales field staff and strategic business partners.• Leveraged in-depth product knowledge to present products at Executive Customer product briefings and sales training.• Notable achievements while in the position included:- Recipient of the Product Impact Award – Emerging Markets based on performance in the role and the Employee Excellence Quarterly Award in April 2008.
