Divine Renovation is an international ministry that inspires and equips parishes to be missional and through them to bring people to Jesus. My parish, Christ the King Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, Michigan has been part of the Divine Renovation Network of churches since October, 2016. I was invited to become one of their coaches and now accompany approximately ten amazing pastors and leadership teams in the United States, the UK, and Australia.

Alpha equips parishes in their mission to help people encounter Jesus. Alpha is an 11-week experience that creates a space where people are excited to bring their friends for a conversation about Jesus.

When Bill joined the company in 2002, ParishSOFT had already set out on its mission to Serve the Church, but was still early stage. Anticipating dramatic growth, Bill developed the strategy & began gradually building the team from 5 to more than 105 dedicated employees today. The number of Catholic churches using ParishSOFT software grew during his leadership from 30 to over 8,200 today, which represents half of the Catholic churches in the United States. In addition, the company also serves over 5,000 Protestant churches.After working with several dioceses to gain a full understanding of their needs, the ParishSOFT team announced its suite of diocesan software in May 2002. At last, dioceses would have the tools they need to collaborate across many organizations, including local parish offices and schools. With more accurate membership and financial information, a diocese can manage its data more effectively, monitor growth or decline, and plan for better ministry.ParishSOFT expanded its church offerings by acquiring Church Management Solutions (CMS) products in 2003, and LOGOS Management Software in 2011. These acquisitions provided important advantages, adding financial software products and expertise and giving ParishSOFT customers a crucial connection between their financial data and their membership records.ParishSOFT launched its browser-based ConnectNow platform with the introduction of Online Giving in 2008 and the ConnectNow Church Accounting suite in 2009. In 2011, ParishSOFT began releasing ConnectNow Family Suite (Membership) modules, completing the Suite in 2013. Today, the ConnectNow Family Suite allows Catholic parishes to manage the administrative side of ministry more efficiently than ever . . . from any computer, tablet, or smart phone. With Online Giving and MyOwnChurch™, ParishSOFT software has transformed from church management to he "digital church", including communication and engagement with members.

Bill was part of the executive team that lead Creative Solutions, growing the business from 100 staff when Bill first joined the company to over 700, and from 8,000 accounting firm customers to over 50,000, representing 40% market share in the United States. Bill was responsible for several areas including finance, human resources, and administration. In addition, he was responsible for the team which renewed customers, consistently achieving an over 95% annual renewal rate. Finally, he also lead the acquisition of 14 companies during his tenure, including establishing relationships with the business owners, negotiating the deals, doing due diligence, and successfully transitioning customers into the Creative Solutions family and products. He was involved in the sale of Creative Solutions from a privately-owned to Thomson Reuters, staying on for three years after the acquisition, after which he retired.

Initially hired as Controller for a group of companies acquired and managed by Thomas S. Monaghan, Inc. Mr. Monaghan was founder and CEO of Domino's Pizza at the time. Bill became chairman of the Treasury Management team, which was involved in the acquisition (and ultimately, the spin-off) of several businesses. Ultimately, Bill became CFO of TSM Computing Group, Inc. and CFO of some of the software businesses within this group.
