Undertaking initial site surveys, site scoping visitsTo interact and entertain various clients providing a professional service.Submit and manage quotations tenders in the appropriate format, works value range from £1K to £300KTo assist and liaise with building control, architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers and sub-contractors to deliver projects.To schedule, co-ordinate and project manage various projects start to completion, including the ordering of materials, overcoming day to day problems, preparing site meetings, overseeing final snagging and hand-over. Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.Daily management of 4no direct multi skilled operatives and various sub-contractors.To evaluate profit margins, implement new ideas and procedures to improve profitability and smooth operation.To delegate tasks as necessary within our internal help desk.
