Successfully negotiated large complex sales with major accounts gaining long term buying commitments and establishing CIBER as the vendor of choice. Insured customer satisfaction by gaining confidence, establishing rapport and being responsive. Effectively managed large user and non-user customer base identifying needs and critical buying criteria. (Services include the sale of public and private classes, customer-site programs, sale of pre-paid vouchers, placement of on-site consultants (programmers, developers, engineers, etc.). Major accounts included City and County of San Francisco, Wells Fargo, UCSF, etc. Annual revenues averaged $700,000 year.

Our training and consulting company was contracted by CIBER Inc., to fulfill their client's training requirements locally and nationally. As demand increased, our business model expanded, adding administrative and sales staff, additional classrooms, vendor certifications and partnerships with other training schools, etc. As Director of Sales, my role focused on sales/revenues, management, vendor partnerships, customer service, new business strategies, marketing, brainstorming and creativeness, etc. Other responsibilities included instructor recruitment, HR functions, ownership meetings, etc.
